Back In The Saddle
Well, we did it. Seven years in a row, I'll be biking around Lake Ontario raising funds and awareness for pancreas cancer research.
Every year we continue to donate 100% of funds raised to incredible advances in fighting pancreas cancer. Riding 100 miles every day sure sounds like a lot, but the fight towards ending pancreas cancer is much longer. Each year, we make more and more progress, growing stronger as we go. With your support, we can put some serious work in to help raise the survival rate of one of the deadliest cancer diagnoses.
My donations are a continuation of my efforts back on November 25-26 when I streamed myself playing video games for 24 hours straight.
But that was for winter time. It's spring now (believe it or not) and it's time to once again ride around Lake Ontario. Seven days of pedalling around the beast that acts as a border between Ontario and New York. 712 miles just waiting to be conquered by a fresh group of riders. Your support helps us keep our butts on the seat and eyes on the prize.
Thank you for all who have supported so far. Please don't feel obligated to donate again, but if you do, know that your funds are going directly to help slay the dragon that is pancreas cancer. Thank you again!
I am proud to support 7 Days in May again to help inspire hope that we can bring an end to pancreas cancer. A lot of people bulge their eyes at the distances we cross on the ride, but it's honestly one of the greatest experiences every year: to have your legs filled with purpose and resiliance as you take in a natural beauty we take for granted. I'm excited to make 2018 another fantastic year for 7 Days!
